Continuing The Conversation
In February 2022, Yao Kahlil Newkirk directed Facing Our Truth, a Short Play Series. These plays were followed by a talkback session with audience members, leading to discussions about race relations, social justice, and strategies for how to effectively move forward as a community. It was the cry of participants that this conversation not be a one time deal. We are "Continuing the Conversation."
